Our Xerox machine was jammed up and we couldn't get fixed ourselves. We placed a call and within a twenty minutes Ron called us and was at our place shortly after. He got us back in business quickly and showed us something that could prevent issues in the future.

We needed to have a drum replaced on the big machine by our conference room. Brandon helped us order the part and delivered it the next morning. While he was here we had some questions about the copier since it's a brand new system to us and he took the time to walk us through some things and answered all of our questions.
